The song has since gone on to be used for many things from social justice to human and civil rights. Despite the popularity of this song today, it never made it to number one. However, it's considered one of the greatest songs ever written according to many music critics. It's a great song, whether it's for sex or just for pure listening. This is the U2 classic ONE.
